About Me


Skilled Administrative Support Professional with Corporate and Small Business Experience

After several years in commercial fitness and almost ten years working for a technology company, I decided to sign on with my husband’s business – a small personal training facility. I quickly identified multiple areas where office support was needed.   

I began identifying key metrics we needed to run our business better resulting in weekly and monthly reporting regimens. Managing quarterly client mailings, sending out birthday cards every month and distributing monthly newsletters was next. Before long, web updates, social networking pages and other advertising activities were in my daily routine. 

Once we worked through these tasks, I realized how difficult it would have been had I not possessed experience in the corporate world. I was able to apply my experience as a recruiting assistant, a marketing department assistant, an executive assistant and a sales analyst to help our small business grow and since 2009, I have been supporting other organizations that need quality office support.
